SMS Terms and Conditions

Effective October 3, 2026

321 Pro Wash customer-service texts are optional. They help us respond to your inquiry and communicate about requested work. Agreeing to texts is not required to request an estimate or buy a service.

Program and message types

The 321 Pro Wash Customer Care program is operated by Bobby Walker for 321 Pro Wash. With your permission, messages may include replies about your inquiry, requests for job details, scheduling or service updates, and a request for an honest review after completed work. Some replies may be automated. This program does not send unrelated promotions or sell inquiries to other businesses.

Joining the program

You may opt in by entering your phone number and selecting the separate, optional SMS consent checkbox on a 321 Pro Wash estimate form. The checkbox is not preselected. We record the consent supplied with your request.

If you initiate a text conversation with us, we may respond to that specific inquiry. An inquiry alone does not enroll you in unrelated or recurring promotional messages. Providing a phone number, submitting a form without SMS consent, or placing a voice call does not by itself authorize automated SMS follow-ups.

Only provide a mobile number you own or are authorized to use. Let us know if your number changes. Messaging is subject to activation of the program and carrier availability.

Frequency and costs

Message frequency varies with your inquiry and requested work. Carrier message and data charges may apply according to your mobile plan. 321 Pro Wash does not charge a separate subscription fee to receive these customer-service texts.

Stop messages

Reply STOP to the 321 Pro Wash number that sent you a message to withdraw your SMS permission. We may send one confirmation of that request, after which this program will stop sending texts unless you expressly opt in again. You can also ask us to stop through the contact details below.

After opting out, you may opt back in by texting START to the same program number or by completing our optional web-form SMS opt-in again. A question or another form submission without affirmative SMS consent does not undo an opt-out.

Estimates, appointments, and reviews

Automated messages collect information and help with your inquiry; they do not establish a final quote, reserve a date, or guarantee availability. Bobby confirms final prices and scheduling. Any separately agreed terms for actual cleaning work remain separate from these messaging terms.

A review request is sent only after work is recorded as completed and through a permitted channel. Reviewing is voluntary. We welcome honest feedback, do not require a favorable rating, and do not offer a reward for a review.

Privacy and delivery

Read our Privacy Policy for how we use information and protect messaging choices. Mobile contact details and SMS consent are not sold or shared for another party's marketing or promotions.

Delivery can be delayed or fail because of device, network, or provider conditions. Carriers are not responsible for late or undelivered messages. Do not use this program for emergencies.

Changes and contact

Changes will be posted here with an updated effective date. We will obtain appropriate permission before expanding the purposes of the texts we send.
